Challenge

Shifting from Consumer Product to Counseling Tool

Initially considered selling directly to users, but realized they might lack motivation to use it regularly. Instead, expanded touchpoints by integrating the deck into counseling and guidance centers for more natural engagement.

Beyond the deck itself, visual storytelling and promotional videos played a crucial role in making the product resonate, proving the importance of multi-touchpoint engagement in experience design.
